Stokerlog Email/Text ?

I have never been able to get emails or texts sent via stokerlog and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. On my current smoke I set it up for texts prior to starting the log and it shows they are being sent, but I am not receiving them.

I am assuming I may be placing bad information in the user name & password section. What information needs to go in those fields?

I would prefer to be receiving the messages in an email format.
 
There has been reports of emails not getting through reliably. Please read the stokerlog thread for information on how to fill the fields.

I have not heard of text messages getting lost though. But perhaps not enough people use it to know for sure. Which carrier are you on?
 
I have been playing with this for a bit tonight, just keep hitting the send test message. Maybe I am unsure as to the correct port number to use for gmail? I have been searching and trying several numbers, but still no emails.
