stokerlog and suddenlink internet

im trying to set up stokerlog to send me emails....i got my info tped in username password and the email to send it to....i got the host name as smtp.suddenlink.net port im not sure of that one...what should it be.....something is wrong cause i am not getting the test message

Your email provider should give you all of that information. Look up their support page on how to configure an email client and it should be there.
