StokerLog - Alert When Connection Lost

I was curious - will Stokerlog alert when connection is lost to the Stoker? I monitor our pits overnight with a netbook and if the stoker power goes out where the netbook/stokerlog can't connect to it - will it alert? If not - maybe it could be a feature to be added?

Well it used to

. Then folks asked for it to keep retrying so that they can power cycle the stoker when tending to the smoker and it no longer does that.

It is on my todo list to fix that with a time limit. Testing such things is a lot more of a pain so I have been procrastinating

Thanks for the quick response - I think it would be a good thing to put back, esp with a time limit - because if I lose power overnight to the stoker but my netbook keeps on going, it would be a way for me to know I need to check into what's going on.
