Stoker log on Win 200 pro

I have an older laptop with Windows 2000 Pro, loaded .net 1.1 and something else 1.1 for the .net. Tried to laod the .net 2.0, said I could not.

Maybe something I did, but do you have to have a certain version of .net to load Stoker log?

I do have Stoker log running great on XP, just trying to have a backup laptop.
 
I finally got .net 2.0 loaded, but will not load the security update. I did load some other programs from MS, still will not let me load stoker log.
