Stoker buttons not working

Well I was hoping to be a little farther along then this. Before I asked for help no luck.

Fired up my stoker for the first time this afternoon. I can’t get my sel button to respond. All other buttons seem to be working fine. I have tried turning it off & on no luck. When I searched for a reset on the forum I’ll I get is stoker log info. Does any body have an idea? What I might try. Please don’t say I need to send it back. I have been waiting since Christmas day to play.

I had a similar problem with mine... the button would respond if I pushed it REALLY hard. That wasn't a good thing, so I sent it back to Rock's for repair... he got it fixed and back in the mail to me the same day he received it. It was disappointing, but he did have a quick turn-around on it.

Give John a call, and describe your problem to him. He'll get you fixed up quickly.
 
Well I pretty much knew the answer before I posted was hoping to be wrong
