I have a storage question. I put this in a canning jar and vacuum packed it......and it was boiling hot anyway so that probably wasn't necessary.....any idea how long this would keep in the fridge??
I would use it for up to a month after making it and it being kept in the fridge. The canned sauce unopened will last practically forever as long as the seal isn't broken.
