A couple weeks ago, SRF had a sale and I bought a half bone in ham. Today was the day. I didnt know what to expect and was hoping it didnt disappoint. It did not. Awesome flavor, moist and tender. I would not hesitate to buy another. Just heated on the smokin brothers pellet grill at 325 til IT was 120ish. Rested in the cambro for an hour. Wife made some sprouts and we enjoyed a nice pinot.
