Lots of variables to tweak to your liking, here is our favorite:
1 pan of your favorite cornbread
5 or 6 yellow squash
1 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 cups chopped green onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1-2 cans chicken broth
Saute squash in butter (1/2 stick or so) and salt n pepper to taste until it's almost tender, add the celery and onion then cook for a few more minutes.
Crumble cornbread, add cream of chicken, broth, and squash mixture. Gently stir. If you stir to much, it will become mush.... Cook at 350 for about 45 minutes.
