Cooked up a slab of spares I got at Winco for $1.88/lb. no wrap. Spares.jpg

1 rack spareribs, squared off and membrane removed. (~3.8 lbs. After trimming)
Head Country Original Championship seasoning.
Sauce: Mixture of homemade candied Jalapenos, Homemade Jalapeno Glaze and Copycat Ric's BBQ Sauce.

Apply seasoning liberally, smoke on P-5 for ½ hour (190F) on Traeger. Crank up to 275 and cook to 195F, spritzing with 50/50 mix of ACV &water every 30 minutes. Sauce both sides and return to set for 30minutes. Rest down to 150F before slicing & serving.

Turned out really nice!
