Smoking Large Boneless Turkey Breasts

I ordered 2 boneless turkey breasts that were supposed to be 8 lbs each. They came in at 12 lbs each. Should I cut them in half or just smoke them longer (and how long)? These things are huge! Probably going to smoke at 300-325 degrees.

How long should I brine them?

Wow...12 punders are a good size. Your a fine smoking longer if you have the time. At your temps, should take about 3.5 to 4 hours, i would start checking temp looking for 160 in breast and 170 in thigh at the 3.5 hour mark. I would brine about 18 to 24 hours.
