Smoked Lamb Shoulder on SF

Did a lamb shoulder today. 12 hours start to finish. It came out DELICIOUS. I am happy I was around though. Halfway through I saw the ambient temp on my Chef Iq thermometer was dropping . I went to the SF and it was running fine. Then after a few minutes the temp staring dropping on the SF as well

I guess I just had a hunch and slapped my hand in the back where the auger housing is. I hesrd a little clunk (probably some pellets or dust blockage) and then temp started going up again. Good thing I didn't do this overnight. Would've been a total loss. Saving it for the next weekend I can get all the marrieds over for . With such good smoked food, I just can't justify a Searwood YET ....
