Salted and into fridge 6 day ago to dry/pull out some unwanted water weight.
Pulled out of fridge last night and coated with a butter, garlic and seasoning mix.
Wrapped in plastic wrap to cook tomorrow.
Ended up cooking tonight. I will definitely not salt before a longer dry time in the fridge. Messes with the texture on the end pieces. But wasn’t bad for a cheap cut of roast.
