Decided to use my Summit S670...poor girl hasn’t gotten a ton of use except to clean grates, light chimneys with the side burner and use the side shelves as tables since I got my WSM and Performer Deluxe.
So...since I was only making 1 sausage for each myself and my wife, I used the gas grill. Here is a pic of a simple sausage pre-dinner snack.
