Silver Bullet Jacket and ATC?

Does anyone use the Silver Bullet Jacket? I was wondering if it would be possible to use the Ique 110 with it? I know that you can use the BBQ Gurus with it, but I wasn't sure about the dog bowl on the Ique. I will be dealing with a lot of wind, rain, and of course, snow.

Any help is appreciated!

I have the jacket. It's meant to be used with an ATC but I did not know what when I bought the jacket. I'm sure the IQ will be fine with it.
 
I've used a welding blanket with an Ique 110 (38º overnight low in CA high desert) and it work fine. In fact, the heat retention is so good that the Ique should hardly run.
