Side Burner Bracket Platinum II (or Genesis 1000-5000)

I have a “spare part” left over after I replaced the burner tubes and can’t remember. Does this collar and bracket belong to the oem side burner, Thanks in advance.

To me, and I am just guessing, but the uppermost part looks like it fits over the end of the burner tube and acts like a shutter to regulate the amount of air drawn into the venturi. The part in the middle looks like it is made to clamp onto the burner tube and hold the igniter in position. To answer your question, it does look like it fits the external burner but I can't see the other end...is it curved with a burner head on it?
