One grilling item that wasn't mentioned is the Cedar Grilling Planks that they carry. Not sure if they carry these in all their stores as this may be limited to the Pacific NW area.
Their planks are big and come 8 to a pack. Best deal I've found anywhere. Like many of the grilling items at Costco, they're only in stock during grilling season (from Memorial Day to Labor Day). So if your local Costco carries these, stock up! I'm down to my last pack so will get several more when I go to Costco next Fri.
