Brett, you've probably already done this...does his apartment permit bbqs? A lot Some of them in my area don't. I bought my first Q2xxx from a guy who had to sell it because of apartment regs...it was only used a couple of times. And my daughter's boyfriend said his apartment doesn't permit them either, so I don't know if this is a trend in CA or not.

I sent a text to Brett and he called me back.

The cell phone reception was spotty but it sounded like "Sure, a silver B would work great... and I'll drop off a brisket, some lamb and some shrimp taco's after passover..."

I'm not certain that's what he said....

Grab a Q-2200 at Costco, they have black ones with an adapter hose and cart. $299

Like father like son. My thoughts are the Q’s are too small. He likes to cook en mass for the week. He’s 6’ 4” and 275. And solid like an American tank. Not those ruski tanks

Brett, Not sure if you've had time to see it, so here's a Pic. It's missing a trim piece under the control panel. I'll get it to you when I find it.

I was touching up paint on the pellet before selling and had to put a little rusto high heat on the faded end caps and cookbox.

II hope it works well for him.

I’ll see him tonight for Passover. Hopefully I can get him up and running and schooled this weekend. Thank you SO MUCH for all your help and effort. Truly lucky to have a friend like you nearby. We’ll do some Q or grilling at my place as soon it it warms up some and can put patio cushions outside.
