Securing lid on OTS 22.5

I'm going on vacation next week, and I want to take my OTS with me. The last time I tried traveling with the thing, the top kept flying around and I realized that it really needs to be secured down tightly. Does anyone have any ideas on how to go about doing this? I'm thinking bungee cords or straps. Has anyone done this before successfully?

why not turn the lid upside down ? use towels or cardboard to seperate the body from the lid. use bungees to tighten things down.

You can also strap the lid to the bowl with a bungee cord going from one side thru the handle to the other side and back

Like a V basically.

Justin, don't forget that the silver only has one side handle. Pinny could probably thread a bungee or small tension strap through the side handle, under the lid handle, then around one of the leg stubs on the other side.
