was at the store today and started to go through a basket of stuff. i was just ready to move on when something caught my eye, it was a little word thats said "weber". so grabbed it and looked closer and saw it was a complete one touch sweeper kit for an 18" kettle. coooool !
plus there is also a few of those ash pan clips and 2 wheel axle caps. all for $2 . made my day. to think i went by it several times and almost left it there again. so look closely and leave nothing unturned.

george,

That store you go to must be a gold mine. I stop by a couple of time at a second hand store here and all i see is lot of unwanted stuff (junk).

Vincent.

there are two just a few blocks from me that rarely have anything. then there are two several miles away, one usually has nothing and then the last one is where i go weekly and seems to have the most. might wanna check around for others and check.

that is awesome!

several years ago i saw a bright yellow weber sitting in the donation pile outside.

i wasn't grilling at all at the time, otherwise i would have snagged it.

Goodwill itself is overpriced junk most of the time. There are lots of copy cat thrift stores with more reasonable prices. I get all my knifes at these type of stores. You have to look for the quality ones. I have gotten tons of deals from them thrift stores. I have never seen a weber grill though. Well I take that back, I've seen a few go any wheres out there. I will give mine away, I hate it...

dean, i keep tellin ya to send it to me.

the store i go to is the visalia rescue mission store. they are mostly clothing but they do have a good assortment of other stuff. the goodwill here is mostly clothing.

Have any of you guys ever gone into a habit for humanity restore shop? I visted one last week and all I can say is WOW! Eveything was overpriced junk that was donated to them. they wanted $10 for used board games that sell new for $5. They had a Fireplace mantle that should have been worth around $750 for $2000. Ill never be going back to that place again.
