Damn, I'd eat that! I just did nearly the same thing tonight on my Member's Mark. Tell ya that little grill can cook up a storm. I put a very nice ribeye on with smoke setting #2 with the grill settled in about 170. Let it ride until the meat was about 105/110. Cranked it to 425 and slapped it back on. Gorgeous crust all around, great smoke, just an all around fantastic steak.
