Hello I'm new to world of charcoal BBQ been a gas grill guy for many years but got my first WSM 18.5 so the fun begins.
I went with the WSM because I like the simplicity of it. So any tips would be great and welcome

The other section of the web site includes great how to's, recipes and operating tips. In general, I think building the fire correctly is the most important part of getting ir right with any cooker, including the WSM - here's a link on fire building...
