Salmon sashimi with better than Yum Yum sauce

Benihana makes a Yum Yum Sauce. This is better (IMO).

Appetizer before tonight’s cioppino.

Sauce:
Kewpie mayo 1/2 cup
1/4 cup sriracha (hoy fung foods, rooster, is the best one)
Splash of seasoned rice vinegar
Pinch of paprika
Pinch of cayenne
Pinch of sugar
1 tsp granulated garlic, or more if you like garlic

Mix all ingredients till smooth and combined. Spoon atop salmon or ahi or albacore tuna.
