Thanks to our Special Weather statement, we decided to cook indoors tonight.
The wind and rain wasn't worth trying to cook outside.
So we made one of our favourites for this time of year.
Salmon and Clam Chowder using some of our fresh frozen Chinook salmon with some of our triple sweet Jubilee summer corn that we froze. There is sweet potato in it as well, hopefully this makes it healthier.
The better half made her classic biscuits, always a favourite.
