Running Stoker/Stokerlog without blower

Hey guys, remind me, I can run my Stoker to monitor pit and meat temps without the blower connected, correct? If memory serves me correctly it's Stokerlog that doesn't like not associating a blower with a pit probe. I'm doing a manual cook tonight but still would like to use stoker/Stokerlog to monitor my temps.

We've used ours several times without a blower. Stokerlog as well.

Ditto hear. Use it and stokerlog to monitor temps only

I've used mine to check temps of meat in the oven.

Right now it's setup to monitor and control the temps in my computer while gaming. (don't ask... I just like playing with it)
