I've seen that you can use the Weber Rotisserie, upside down on the 22" WSM, but I don't quite understand how that is better than the chicken just sitting there on the grate, on a beer can?
Would it work right if I put the Rotisserie on the bottom bowl? Wouldn't that work like having it on a kettle? How would it fit and would I be able to use the lid?
