The wife and I stopped by the Rogue Creamery yesterday on our way to California from Washington.
It’s close to the Rogue River off of I-5 in southern Oregon.
This was our first time passing through there when it was open so we had to stop because lots of our friends highly recommended it.
I have to say “Holy Cow” that place makes the best cheese I’ve ever had.
They even gave us a cheese tasting session.
We left there with a box full of cheeses for ourselves and to gift our family and friends.
Damn them for those free samples

Anyway if any of you like top shelf cheeses I highly recommend them.
I see a nice fillet smothered in their blue cheese in my near future.
