Rocks Customer Service Rocks

I've been reading all the great comments about Rocks customer service lately and I've got to say my recent experience was great too. Sent in some probes to be looked at last Wednesday, called today to make sure they got them and to ask when they'd be able to look at them. I was told they'd already been sent back out. Sure enough in today's mail is a package from Rocks!

So glad to see the Customer Service matching the great product they put out.

I agree even when I email a question it's answered right away.They never use to answer email.
