Rib roast, street corn and baked potatoes


 
That is a gorgeous cut of beef right there. Final result looks tasty too.
I have one freezing that I am waiting try on the rotisserie.....Looking to pull mine about 120 if I can get lucky enough to catch it there.
I only have a 2 bone I believe and I prefer it to medium to medium rare if I am lucky enough to nail that down.
