Yesterday I had my first successful Spare Ribs. I decided after last weekends rib failure I had to redeem myself. I purchased the full rib and trimmed them to St. Louis style myself which is also a first. My son loves baked beans so I also made baked beans, but I don't eat beans for dietary reasons. So on the plate below you will find my famous among my family and friends Southern Style Greens with carrots, onions, and bell peppers and my first successful BBQ'd ribs. If I say so myself they were the best pork ribs I remember, matter of fact I'm not normally a pork rib person and I absolutely enjoyed every bite.
