Reverse sear method on q220


 
Some big fat ribeyes! I have always cooked steak by searing first and then indirect. Gonna see if the reverse method works better
 
Yeah and the Q220 only has one burner to make it even more tricky. I think im going to use a foil pan and sit a warming rack or something like that inside of it to promote the indirect cooking aspect of it.....

or i might just move directly to charcoal for anything that needs indirect
