Replacing burners - Can't unscrew clamps

Hey guys....I'm trying to replace the burners on my LX. The screws and washer that clamp the old ones down are stuck/rusted in place. Any good ideas for removing them without snapping, so I can put the new burners in? I tried a rust buster spray but hasn't worked so far. It seems the nut has rounded edges and the slot is also stripped. I'd like to somehow get it out to replace with new screws. I'm pretty sure they will snap if I apply too much force.

If it's the ones on the left side they're not supposed to be removed. You take the manifold off and slide them right out

Hmmm......ok. Didn't know that. The front burner came right out after I removed the manifold. One little nudge and the rear burner came free also. Thats awesome! Thanks for the know-how!
