Regular Stoker Web Interface Refresh

Guys, Do you know of a way to make the regular web interface of the stoker web refresh automatically rather than refreshing it manually in IE?

I think it does an auto refresh every 5 minutes. You can also try this. http://www.windowsmarketplace.com/details.aspx?view=info&itemid=19612

It's an addon for ie7, not sure if it'll work for 6.

I use Firefox it has an addin which allows refresh to be set for a specific interval.
