Rebuilding a WSM 22"

Hi all, I have a fairly new shell for a 22" WSM. I'm hoping to rebuild it as inexpensive as I can. I've searched online for the parts I need and it's not cost effective to try and go that route so I'm hoping that some of you have extra parts that you're willing to part with. Here's what I need for the WSM 22". Thank you!

Both top handles
Thermometer and bezel
Door, water pan, charcoal ring
Leg Kit w hardware and heat shield

I could sell you a new one...
Seems like you need everything but the three big pieces. Is that so?
There may be alternatives to the legs with or without a table.
Diy handles. Even a door, but those parts are probably easier to source

Hi Tony, what parts would you have available? Mostly looking for water pan, Charcoal ring, and heat shield on the bottom. I now have the door and have a lead on the legs. Thank you!

for about the same cost of an OEM bezel and OEM thermometer you could add a higher quality theremometer.
checkout the "mods" section of the virtual weber bullet area on this site for some ideas.
