I cooked Brats the other night turned out great and just cooked 7 Ribeyes from Sams club. No pictures on either cook. I did the reverse sear and pulled at around 135-140 using my thermopen on 6 of them my daughter went to about 150. Excellent flavor I used leftover lump at bottom and filled with Royal Oak Mesquite charcoal with 2 chunks of mesquite. Juicy steaks...better than a steakhouse. Also had Burgundy Mushrooms in the slow cooker cooked them for around 12 hrs. And potato salad...overall a A+ cook for Memorial Day family get together. Also ordered a 22 1/2" WSM will be in Thursday. Can't wait to do some low n slows.
