gonna try the 96 performer with a 02 lid i got at goodwill for 25 bux!! putting the turkey in the JACK Brine tonight, just got 50 local oysters for weds night, let the good times roll!!!

jeff..

gonna go with some wicked good lump and use the half circle method and a water pan below. will put the bird on a roasting rack in a pan too catch all the gravy juices.. legs facing the coals.. cant wait.. got some red tail ale and fine cigars too help it a long..
