Product recommendation to remove regulator nut

Hello,

I need to replace the regulator valve on my 2020 genesis 2 s-435 grill. The nut won't budge. Any recommendations for a spray on lube product?

Thanks

Tom

They should not get like that. IIRC it's best to use 2 wrenches as well. But those flare fittings don't need to be over tight and typically don't corrode and weld themselves together. Perhaps a little more info and explanation of where and what exactly the trouble is

I'm using a second wrench to stabilize the valve body, if that's the correct term. I'm using so much force I'm afraid I'll slip and break something. Is it safe to use a spray on product that loosens rusty bolts? There is no rust here, it just isn't budging.

So I traded out a pair of pliers and an adjustable wrench for 2 open end wrenches and was able to remove the nut and replace the regulator. Thanks for the help

Oh there ya go. I didn't realize you weren't doing something as basic as using wrenches. Yes wrenches are a requirement
