Probes in the UK

I'm trying to build something for my weber, but all of the plans I see on here use probes that I can't find a UK supplier of. Can anyone recommend a probe that is available from a European or UK distributor ?

Buying from the US incurs customs charges and also customs handling charges. So just the charges on a $10 item will be around $12.
