Pot Roast


 
Have to admit... pot roast is one of my favorites. Only problem is the last few times I made it, (traditional foil-wrapped, home-made or regular onion mix), it would not come out right. Been forced to resort to a stew style recipe from a short rib base. Chinese style. Still hate to admit I love pot roast more than a lot of other meals. Yours looks great, and again cookies on the side perfect
