Portillo's is a Chicago favorite for hot dogs and beef. They also make a pretty good chopped salad that always is a hit with BBQ or family style parties.
Its a little pricey, so I checked around and found this clone.
1 head iceberg lettuce
1-2 heads Romaine lettuce, depending on size
1 small head red cabbage, minced
1 small red onion, finely minced
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
2 c. ditalini pasta, cooked and cooled
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
2 c. cooked/chopped chicken breast.

House dressing:

1/2 c. Gerards Garlic dressing- bottled
1/2 c. Italian season dressing made with Olive Oil & red wine vin.
1/4 tsp Oregano crushed
1/2 tsp sugar
Freshly ground black pepper and fresh ground sea salt to taste.

Wash and dry the lettuces. Finely chop into small pieces. Put into a large bowl. add remaining ingredients, except dressing and combine well.
Serve dressing along side, or pour on and combine just before serving.
