Pork tenderloin char siu

Got to say this is the best cut of pork to make char siu with. Meaty, juicy and it takes on flavor well and cooks up real fast. Like 40 minutes fast (to 145 in the center).

All done in the KA convention oven and then a 1 minute broil after glazing with honey.

Brett, your summits miss you. They are hoping you will visit them.
One is about to sell. To a good friend. I’ll be cooking when this storm ends. Maybe Sat night or Sunday. Big Niners game Sunday too. I want to run my chain saw I just bought to make wood chunks. And to cut the barrel staves.

I also made wontons and soup for dinner tonight. Forgot to take pics of them though.

Brett, you big tease. lol My favorite meat and neither the hospital nor rehab serves it. Yours looks sooo good.
