Either use left over mashed potato's or mix up a batch. Form into a fat loaf and split it open down the middle, shed some bbq pork and mix with your favorite sauce, spread it out in the split and close it back up, palce it on foil or plank and grill or bake until the mashed taters start to brown,cover with shedded cheddar and heat until cheese melts.
