Marinated pork loin in Italian herbs, salt, gran garlic, gran onion and black pepper with lemon juice and olive oil for 8 hours

Cooking over JD coals in lowest WSK position for heat but not sear.

Recipe here. Added lemon juice as I like acid with proteins to help marinate them.
