Pork Butt Butchery and Meatballs

I do not post very often but visit here daily and thought I would share a recent cook that combined Breaking Down a Pork Butt and mmmmeatballs. First I started with breaking down the butt. I decided to get the first 2 small roasts but not the 3rd as I had no use for it. However I did find the nice piece in the center of the picture.

With that I did a quick butterfly and roll that turned out very well.

While that was in the oven I finished up the grinding.

And finally the mmmmeatballs which were really good and worth the effort.

I just figured I would share as it combined 2 posts into one cook.
