Porcelain coated cast iron griddle

My wife got me a Weber porcelain enamel coated cast iron griddle for my Genesis E-320 grill for my birthday today. I've been cooking Sunday breakfasts on an electric griddle lately, and I can't wait to do it on the grill. I've seen some reviews saying that food sticks pretty badly. Anyone here have one of these? Suggestions for use to avoid sticking? Ideas of things to cook on it other than breakfast foods?

I have one and it's on my grill at all times. I have no trouble with food sticking. Make sure you preheat it with the lid down for a good 15 minutes or so. If it's cool, that may be why food is sticking. It's great for breakfast foods, veggies, burgers, sausage and peppers, quesadillas, searing, or cooking just about anything you would put on a flat top. If you're like me, you'll find yourself using the griddle more than the grate next to it. I love making burgers on it. You can do a smash burger with nice crispy edges, like Steak and Shake, Culver's, etc.

I used it Sunday morning for bacon and eggs. Cooked the bacon first, and a few pieces did stick a little bit which I attribute to not allowing it to fully heat up before using. The eggs did not stick at all, which really surprised me. Granted, I did cook them after the bacon, but I did not add any extra fat and I scraped as much of the bacon grease away as I could before cracking the eggs onto it too...
