POPCORN!! POPCORN!!!

I just love popcorn, and pretty basic popcorn with nothing more than salt and a little butter is fine with me. Not to say that the occasional other dress-up isn't welcome...

Problem is that it's almost pure starch and that translates to a direct hit on my blood sugar. Time for a little more insulin....
Same here, but I know I have a binder for popcorn, but I wont bore you with why, but I can't get to it just yet

and it is filled with about 200 recipes waiting for me to sort and put in the binder 🥰

That includes a booklet from 2014 Food Network mag. "50 Flavored Popcorns".

I can't remember if I already posted this, but here it is again.

On Friday night DH and I go to bed and watch Blue Bloods and he makes me pop-corn. And yes it is my favorite night of the week🥰
 Our last night😢

This sounds soo good and DIFFERENT!!!!!!

OK OK I can't wait 10 more days!!! :p
My popcorn binder is a mess. I'm going to need those 10 days to get it together:eek:

I needed a POPCORN fix, so I asked DH to make me some last night to eat while watching the new Hollywood Squares. (I liked the popcorn better).

I just had some popcorn, seasoned with a packet of chicken spices from a bag of Ramen Noodles. Very good, but even for me, it was too salty. Next time I will try using just half of the spices.

DH mixed the spices in melted butter

Been working on my POPCORN binder. Sooo many good ideas. Do you think it is OK to have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner? :giggle:

If you've never tried it, I highly recommend sprinkling some of THIS on your popcorn:

Cosmo Q's Honey Killer Bee. It's a little spicey, it's a little salty, it's a little sweet. And it pairs really well with butter!

This is what I do, except I use different instant noodles from the asian market which tend to be more savory and interesting. you can buy a ton of different kinds there for what amounts to like 75 cents a bag and there are a few that are great. My favorite are Mama brand pork or creamy Tom yum, or mi goreng. Cheese powder from Annie's Mac and cheese boxes also works great
