Please help with my Turkey Timeline, thaw/brine/air out.

Greetings fellow WSM-ers! :)

I have a 12lb Turkey that is currently frozen. It is going on the WSM Weds 11/25 at 6-7am. I am taking the turkey to my moms around 11am. I am having trouble deciding when to put in fridge to thaw, when to brine, and when to "air out". Any help appreciated, you guys are great. :wsm22:

Here's what I would do:
20th - In the morning put frozen bird in fridge to thaw
23rd - Early evening place in brine
24th - Evening remove from brine, rinse, pat dry and back in fridge for overnight air-dry
25 -Smoke that baby!

That's kinda what I was thinking, was gonna put in fridge Saturday, but I guess Friday wont hurt.
