Every year I get to do turkey because no one else will volunteer? 
My plan this year was to get a boneless breast and thighs but only found the Butterball boneless breast roast. 
Still looking for the thighs. My plan is to brine the thighs and inject Ghee into the breast since it's supposed to be brined already. I would appreciate any suggestions and hopefully will remember to take pictures on turkey day. Thanks in advance.
