This is the third time I have used it. Did a high heat brisket last night and man....it held temp at 325 absolutely perfect. Foiled at 170 per this sites instructions. Has a really nice smoke ring, moist and juicy. It has a pretty good bark too. I'm to lazy to take pics but I've eaten so much, I'm 98% brisket & 2% water right now.

Highly recommended.
 
I normally don't have to add on a low & slow. I just start with more charcoal and still go with 3/4 full lit chimney coals. It's held 225 every time I've tried all the way through.
