Last night's dinner-This recipe may be old and outdated, but, surprisingly, they were the best ribs I have had in quite a while.

Pineapple Spareribs

2 lbs. spareribs, cut in 2" lengths
1 No. 1 can chunk pineapple
Water to barely cover

Marinade/Sauce
2 TB. soy sauce
1 TB. Sherry
2 TB. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 TB. vinegar
1/8 tsp. MSG
1 small slice of ginger, minced

1. Simmer spareribs in water for 45 minutes in a covered pan. Drain and dry.
2. Marinate spareribs in sauce for 1 hour or more.
3. Bake in 380 F. oven for 20 minutes with sauce and juice from pineapple.
4. Add pineapple, bake for 5 more minutes. Serves 4 to 6

Hi Bob-DH just cut them into 2 bone pieces (they were St. Louie style ribs) and no, this was our first time using this recipe.
