Very similar to what is used for Houston's Hawaiian ribeye, which if you had before, is pretty darn delicous.
•1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar
•6 oz can of pineapple juice
•3/4 cup of soy sauce (light or low sodium is highly recommended, regular makes it too salty)
•1/2 cup of brown sugar
•2 tsp garlic powder
•2 tsp minced ginger
Mix all ingredients in a pan and just simmer for a few minutes to bring the flavors together. Allow it to cool before use. Good for 2-3 good sized ribeyes. I marinaded for 1 1/2 days and it was OUTSTANDING. Of course having a couple of dry aged ribeyes NEVER hurts.very
